General sales and delivery terms:

The buyer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Note on the actual condition of the goods in the case of definition / sale " - goods in stock / NOS - ":

These items may show signs of storage and corrosion due to long storage periods of 10, 40, 50 or more years.

Terms of delivery:

The sale is in principle by prepayment or cash payment at pickup. Delivery is three to four working days after payment received.
The shipping costs are stated in the product description. Payment can be made by cash, by bank transfer or outside Germany via Paypal.
The goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:

1.We are not liable for packages that have been diverted independently by the customer during the dispatch route or for storage locations that the customer has selected himself.
In such cases, the customer must bear the costs if the parcel is lost or does not arrive.
Outside Germany, we do not ship to post offices, pick-up points for parcels and post, but only to the registration address stored in the customer account.

2. If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. 
If the customer effectively exercises the right of withdrawal, the return costs shall be governed by the provisions set out in the seller's withdrawal policy.
3. Your e-mail address and telephone number may be passed on to the transport company (Deutsche Post or Hermes) for the purpose of informing you about the shipping status of the order.
4. DHL delivery authorization:
By issuing a drop-off authorization, the recipient assumes liability for their parcel. If you have issued a drop-off authorization to DHL or Hermes, we assume no liability for damaged or lost parcels. This also applies to the acceptance of parcels by third parties such as neighbors.

Shipment without proof of delivery:
We would also like to point out that we do not accept any liability for uninsured shipping methods such as the goods letter.

Right of revocation:

Purchasers are generally entitled to a right of revocation. For further information, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Note for custom made products/ made to measure:

Exclusion of exchange or return.
 

Data protection:
The data you enter is stored for business processing. The data will not be shared with third parties.
 

You will receive an invoice with the delivery.

Therefore no separate presentation of VAT.
