These shipping conditions are valid for the following countries:

Austria - Belgium - France - Italy - Spain - Netherlands - Norway - Sweden - and of course the other 19 EU countries are all welcome.

NON EU countries / information:

  1. Only goods mail insured up to 1kg and up to a value of €20.
  2. More than 1kg, only with agreement, because of very high shipping costs.
  3. Example: United Kingdom - Serbia - Switzerland - USA / approx. DHL 2 kg €19.49 to €26.49 insured, on request
  4. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs fees may apply which are beyond our control.

We are not liable for packages that have been diverted independently by the customer during the dispatch route or for storage locations that the customer has selected himself.

We would like to offer you the cheapest shipping and will ship with Deutsche Post and Hermes.
This is done by prior arrangement with you.

How to Complete Your Order:

To ensure correct shipping rates and smooth processing, please follow these steps:

  1. Selection: Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Payment Method: Select "Money Order" or "Self-Pickup" if no other international options are available.
  3. Order Confirmation: Submit your order. You will receive an automated confirmation first (please ignore the preliminary shipping costs if shown).
  4. Manual Invoice: Our team will manually review your order and calculate the final shipping costs based on your location and package weight.
  5. Final Payment: You will receive a final invoice via email. Please wait for this updated invoice before initiating your payment.

Delivery conditions:

- Attention -: Dispatch only takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Orders are placed as a registered customer on the website, and you will first get an e-mail order confirmation.

→ Patience is rewarded:

Since every order is carefully checked (every invoice will be processed manually), your invoice will not arrive immediately, but within the next 24 hours. 
If necessary, please also check your spam folder. Thank you for your patience.

(There are currently some longer waiting times when processing orders due to an increased order situation).

Terms of payment:

To provide you with the best service, we offer flexible payment options for our international customers:
  • Payment Methods: Please select "Money Order" or "Self-Pickup" during checkout if no other specific international payment methods are displayed.
  • Manual Invoice: Once your order is placed, we will manually calculate the exact shipping costs to your destination and create a final invoice for you.
  • Process: You will receive this updated invoice via email shortly after your order. Please wait for this document before sending any payment.
  • Payment in advance by bank transfer / IBAN
  • Please note:
  • For payments within the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA), the SEPA credit transfer is the standard. However, this can only be processed in euros. In addition to the full name, only the IBAN of the payee is required for a transaction.
  • Payment within 7 days
  • Minimum order value: €4.00
  • PayPal:  5.9% fees on the total bill (just for Non EU countries). Please note, if you want to pay with PayPal, just ask for this option before.
