Description
It fits (Model 102) friction spring black:

If your hub still has an oiler and the axle is ground flat on the sides.
In this case, you will need the spring with the end number 000. 

It does NOT fit (Model R 2110) friction spring copper-plated:

When the hub sleeve no longer has any oiler (small folding cap for oiling) and the axle is round at the ends.

The "Sachs Code" test
Sachs embossed the hubs with letters for the year.
Look at the hub sleeve (where it says "Sachs Torpedo").
There you will find a single letter:

    H = 1965
    J = 1966
    K = 1967
    L = 1968
